Our services are based on earning the trust of our customers. We welcome our customers to verify the quality of the products we carry with visits to the Pro Stainless warehouse. After a few checks, many customers are convinced of our product quality and procedural accuracy and discontinue the on-site visits.

We serve our customers through inside sales, outside sales, and our just-in-time (JIT) stocking program, in which we essentially become their materials manager. We also assemble custom kits of customer-selected groups of products for greater convenience.

Our sales teams have more than 125 years of collective experience and are cross-trained to respond quickly to any customer’s needs. They work with our customers to help identify the right product for their needs.

We tailor our billing procedures to accommodate any customer, and we are able to consolidate invoices once a month or send them out on an order-by-order basis.
