Listening and responding to our customers is at the heart of the Pro Stainless philosophy. It’s the reason we launched our just-in-time (JIT) stocking program, which has become our largest area of growth. With JIT we take on the role of materials manager to ensure that parts are always stocked, freeing our customers from monitoring, purchasing, and warehousing hundreds or thousands of different parts.

Our ability to partner with our customers is a testament to our knowledgeable, dedicated staff. Our inside sales, outside sales, and JIT sales teams collectively share more than 125 years of experience, and our warehouse team is fully cross-trained to respond more efficiently to our customers’ needs. We know our customers by name, and there are always several people within our organization who are able to respond immediately to an urgent need.
