Pro Stainless supports the European Union’s RoHS Directive, which restricts the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. As a distributor of more than 35,000 different parts, we are working with our suppliers to identify which parts are affected by the RoHS Directive. When we identify non-compliant parts, we seek to find substitutes that meet RoHS guidelines.

We are also in the process of determining the steps that our suppliers have taken to ensure that their products are compliant with the RoHS Directive. When possible, this includes obtaining certification of compliance from those suppliers.
